NPJ players get National Level Exposure by playing at top ranked tournaments across the country that are attended by the top D1, D2 and NAIA coaches.  We strategically build our tournament schedule to give our teams the opportunity to test themselves against the best teams in the country, while simultaneously being placed in front of the the best coaches on the planet!  

In addition, our unique partnership with Connect Volleyball, gives all our players and coaches the ability to reach those college coaches and build a unique player profile to help them get noticed and recruited!  It is our mission to help provide the expertise and exposure every athlete need to play at the next level.  The national level exposure and relationships with college programs across the country, made it possible for us to sign 35 graduates in 2021 to scholarships to play at the next level.
