Our innovative Ecological Coaching Method provides an environment for our athletes/teams to grow and flourish in a complex competitive surrounding.  By coaching our athletes in this way, our success at the highest levels has proven that a supported focus the outcome, will always supersede repetitive non game-like drilling.  This is the same methodology used by the USA Women's National Team that brought them to first to a Bronze medal (2016) and then to Gold (2020).

Our unique coaching method intersects perfectly with a well balanced, and vastly experienced coaching staff.  The coaching staff is lead by USA National Team coach and NPJ Director of Volleyball, Mike Gee, and is loaded with both college and high school coaches from across the Pacific Northwest.  Our coaches are all driven by the same desire to share the game they love, and create a fun and supportive leaving environment for their players.
